Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Information you give us in the order form and the planning brief: your email address, and the details you choose to provide about the plan (city, date, occasion, preferences, things to avoid, budget, practical constraints).
• Order and payment metadata (plan type, amount, status). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data (such as pages visited and IP addresses in server access logs) to keep the site working and secure.

Why we process it

To build and deliver the plan you ordered (our contract with you), to keep the site secure and functioning, and — where required — with your consent. We do not build advertising profiles from your data.

How we use it

• To build, verify and deliver your date plan.
• To contact you about your order (clarifying questions, delivery, support). We only email you about your order — no marketing lists without your consent.
• Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Who processes data with us

Orders and briefs are stored in our own database, on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, database and cookieless traffic analytics). Transactional email is sent through Resend. Payments are handled by PayPal, the payment provider shown at checkout. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not use a third-party form builder and we do not run advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies; our traffic measurement is cookieless and does not identify you.

International processing

We operate from Wuhan, China. When you order, your information may be processed in China and, through the providers listed above, in their operating regions. It is handled under this policy wherever it is processed.

Information about someone else

Planning a date usually means telling us about the other person — what they enjoy, what to avoid, practical constraints. If you give us information about someone else, you confirm you are allowed to share it. We use it only to build and deliver your plan: we do not need their full legal name, and we ask you not to send us sensitive details such as health or medical information.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records for up to 24 months for accounting, support and dispute purposes. Planning brief content is deleted 90 days after your plan is delivered. Our origin servers keep standard access logs (which may include IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are rotated daily and deleted after about two weeks. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@iyunshow.com — we will confirm within a reasonable time and, where a deletion request affects an order we still have to keep for legal reasons, we will tell you what we keep and why. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as data portability or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Minors

Date Plan is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security & changes

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data — though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we change this policy, the date above will change with it; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
